When both of our wives were diagnosed with breast cancer, life changed quickly. There were appointments, scans, waiting rooms, and a lot of conversations we never expected to be having.
In the middle of it all, one thought kept coming up. We wished we'd known more earlier.
We started talking. First between ourselves, then with mates on site, then with anyone who would listen. Those conversations weren't always easy, but they mattered.
Tradies Support the Ladies grew out of that experience. Not from a big plan, but from a genuine desire to make it easier for others to notice sooner and feel supported if the worst happens.
